Into the Woods

My husband loves to hunt.
Not that he really goes specifically to hunt but to have some time in nature.
Unfortunately, since we've had kiddos, he doesn't go often.

I've used this month's theme of Masculine to create a little nature at home.

I created the Birch trees with my Zing cutter, then colored them with copic E44. 40,41
The deer is colored first in black, crackle, the brown.
Bird 1 is colored in dark blue, crackle then black.
Bird 2 is inked with Tim Holtz Walnut
Bushes are painted with Brown, crackle then antique white, edging with Tim Holtz Walnut
Background is sprayed with B41 and grass colored with E35.33,30
All is place on a 6x8 canvas

Hope you enjoyed my manly picture.
There's many options to make your Masculine projects.
Don't forget, you don't have to use a product by SRTC
then add them here...

Big Hugs
Dorinda
